Payment Methods
The platform does not process funds. All payments are made directly between passengers and drivers.
Flexible Options
- Cash Payment: Pay the driver directly in cash at the end of the trip.
- Electronic Payment: Drivers may provide their preferred methods, including:
- Zelle (bank-to-bank transfer, instant and free)
- Venmo, PayPal, Cash App
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Other mutually agreed payment tools
Note: The platform does not participate in fund transfers and does not verify payments. Please always keep payment evidence (screenshots, receipts, or transfer confirmations) for your own records.
Passenger Instructions
- Post your trip request: Enter origin, destination, time, and proposed price.
- Wait for driver response: Drivers nearby may accept your request. You will receive driver details.
- Confirm details: Agree on pick-up location, time, and fare directly with the driver.
- Make payment: Pay cash or use electronic payment directly to the driver.
- Keep proof: Save screenshots or receipts for your own protection.
Tips for passengers:
- Provide accurate addresses and times when posting a request.
- Confirm pick-up location before the ride.
- Choose safe public areas for pick-up and drop-off.
- Share trip details with family or friends for safety.
Driver Instructions
- Set up payment methods: Add your preferred methods (Cash, Zelle, Venmo/PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
- Display payment info: After accepting a trip, your QR code or payment link will automatically appear in the order details page.
- Confirm payment:
- Cash: Count and confirm at the time of payment.
- Electronic: Check for transfer notifications.
- Keep records: Save payment receipts or bank confirmations for personal financial management.
Reminder for drivers:
- You are an independent service provider and are responsible for your own income and taxes.
- The platform does not guarantee authenticity or validity of documents.
- Please ensure your vehicle, insurance, and licenses comply with local regulations.
Driver Registration Requirements
- Valid ID (driver's license or government-issued ID)
- Valid TLC License (issued by NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission)

- We never sell personal data.

- Any disputes or losses arising from use of the platform must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Safety & Emergency
- The platform does not provide emergency services.

Q: Does the platform charge fees?

Q: What if no driver accepts my request?
A: You may adjust the price, time, or repost your trip. The platform does not guarantee driver availability.
Q: What if the driver did not receive the payment?
A: Both parties should check payment proofs. The platform does not intervene in payment disputes.

A: Yes, but please notify the other party as soon as possible. Cancellation policies are set by each driver.
Q: How can I report misconduct?
